Exclusions
- To and Fro Airfare from your hometown to Nairobi - Kenya. Please do not book your flights without consulting us.
- Tax Collected At Source on Foreign Tours (TCS) which is 100% refundable at the time of filing ITR. The exact amount will be collected as per Government rules while making the payment.
- Cost of Yellow Fever Vaccination.
- If traveler is not an Indian passport holder or travelling from outside India - Visa fee, Travel insurance fee and supplement for sightseeing tickets if needed.
- Additional cost of International Travel Insurance for age above 70 years. Any difference to be payable on actual by traveller.
- Sightseeing and attraction tickets not mentioned in inclusions such as hot-air balloon, Boat rides, Spa or any adventure activities which are not specified in itinerary.
- Any extension of stay in hotel and check-in/check-out time pre/post standard followed at all international hotels I.e. check-in at 2 PM and checkout at 10 AM. Room upgrade charges in case required.
- Any additional expenses and any penalty/change/ cancellation fee of flight/train tickets due to flight/train disruption/ delay/ cancellation in any sector domestic/ International - whether included or excluded from the tour package.
- Tea and Coffee or any other expense of personal nature like tipping, laundry, telephone/fax calls, beverages, personal meal orders, camera/video camera fee at monuments, medical expenses, room service charges, airport departure tax, meals not part of group buffet menu, flight seat booking/web check in fee etc.
- Any expenses caused due to illness, hospitalisation or accident which is not covered by Travel Insurance.
- Any expenses caused by reasons beyond our control such as roadblocks, Govt. restrictions/rules, strikes, landslide, accidents & any emergency evacuations.
- Any Covid related test requirement implemented by the Country.
